Once you fill out the sign-up form, on the last page choose a time slot to book a free consultation and assessment. This initial meeting is held at our facility at 5539 Richmond Ave, Houston TX 77056.

In-person Consultation and Assessment

During your consultation and assessment, we would complete a  light exercise session. We'll test strength, mobility, posture, and fitness level to establish your baseline.

Recommendations 

After the consultation, our trainer provides findings, free tips, and a tailored plan based on your goals, fitness level, and budget. You'll also get guidance on scheduling sessions through our app and other resources for success.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW LONG ARE SESSIONS?

All personal training sessions are 60 minutes. This includes warm-up, main workout, and cool-down — enough time to make real progress without it dominating your day. You can stay back to do some cardio and stretching if you desire.

CAN YOU WORK WITH INJURIES?

Yes! We work with clients recovering from injury or managing chronic conditions. During your consult, tell us about any injuries or limitations, and we'll modify programming accordingly. Our goal is to keep you training safely.

DO YOU OFFER ONLINE TRAINING?

Yes! We offer hybrid (mix of in-person and online) and fully online training. Online sessions are live with a trainer on Zoom coaching your form in real-time. Same quality results, just from your home. We also offer online self paced programing, with weekly or bi-weekly check-ins.

IS THERE A CONTRACT

No! We don't believe in locking people into long contracts. You can adjust your package or take a break whenever you need. We want you here because you're getting results, not because you're trapped.

HOW SOON WILL I SEE RESULTS

Most clients see measurable changes within 4-6 weeks if they're consistent with training and nutrition. You'll feel stronger and more confident almost immediately. Body composition changes take 8-12 weeks of consistent effort.

WHAT IF I'M A COMPLETE BEGINNER?

Perfect! Many of our clients start from zero. That's why personal training exists. We'll teach you proper form, build your strength gradually, and keep you safe. Being a beginner is an advantage, you have room to grow fast and we also do not have to unteach bad practices from previous coaches.
