What does it mean to truly master your body?
It means better self and spatial awareness and an understanding of the role nutrition plays. This allows you to separate the fluff from the gems of fitness advice in this ever connected world, soaked in a barrage of information.

PAC Lifestyle Fitness started as most great things do, “as an idea”. The aim was to teach people how to gain better control over their body and their fitness journey. I have learnt so much about this over the years from the many different sports and training styles I have adopted along the way. From combat sports, to organized team sports (at semi pro levels in the UK) and a lot of body weight training.
The human body is a fascinating machine and I aim to help you discover what your body is truly capable of.
