Training Policy

Personal Training

 

SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

This applies to: All personal training subscription packages (weekly, monthly, and multi-month plans).

Payment & Billing:
  • All subscriptions are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle.

  • Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled in writing at least 7 days before the next billing date.

  • Accepted payment methods: credit/debit card, ACH, or other approved payment platforms.

Refunds & Credits
  • No refunds are provided for unused sessions, missed appointments, or partial months.

  • Exceptions may be considered for documented medical issues or relocation outside of a 20-mile radius.

  • If a subscription is canceled mid-month, unused sessions will not be refunded but may be transferred to a friend or family member within the same billing cycle.

Session Scheduling & Expiration
  • Sessions must be booked in advance through the scheduling platform or directly with your trainer.

  • All sessions must be used within the current billing cycle; unused sessions do not roll over.

  • Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

 
Cancellations & Rescheduling
  • 12-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session without penalty.

  • Sessions canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice will be forfeited.

  • If the trainer must cancel, a makeup session will be offered within the same billing cycle.

 
Upgrading or Downgrading Subscriptions
  • Upgrades: You may move to a higher-tier subscription at any time; the cost difference will be prorated for the remainder of the billing cycle.

  • Downgrades: Changes to a lower-tier plan take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

 
Pausing Membership
  • Memberships may be paused for up to 30 days per calendar year for medical reasons, travel, or other approved circumstances.

  • A pause request must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the pause start date.

 
Additional Sessions
  • Clients may purchase additional sessions beyond their subscription at the current single-session rate.

  • Additional sessions must be used within the same billing cycle.

 
Conduct & Readiness
  • Clients must arrive on time for scheduled sessions.

  • Proper workout attire and footwear are required.

  • Clients are responsible for notifying the trainer of any injuries, health changes, or medical restrictions before the session begins.

PACKAGE PRICE POLICY

All personal training packages are valid for two (2) months or eight (8) weeks from the Start Date unless stated otherwise on the package page.

Cancellations:
  • In order to cancel a session, ample notice of 12 hours is required prior to the sessions. When such a notice is provided the session can be rescheduled for a later day that week, otherwise the session would be regarded as a forfeit. 

  • If a session is cancelled with a 24 hour notice, it can be rescheduled for any date within the 2 month period designated by the start date of the first session. 

  • All sessions are to be completed within the slated 2 month (8 week) period unless otherwise stated .

  • For sessions where there are multiple participants (two or more), if one of the participants cannot attend a session, that session would be charged at the rate of a private session equal to the package price of an equal private session. For example; if a group of 2 buys a 8 pack at $480 ($60/session) each and a session is missed, that session would be charged to whoever attends that session at the equivalent rate for a private session with equal session packs. In this case if a private session pack of 8 is $630 ($78.75/session) this session would be $78.75 as opposed to $60.

Payments:
  • Payments are due prior to the start of the first session

  • Full payment is required when purchasing eight (8) sessions or less. Larger packs of 12 or more can be split into two payments to be completed within two (2) weeks of each other.

Refunds:
  • Refunds are provided, however each attended, forfeited or cancelled session would be treated as a walk in and therefore would be charged as such. The current walk in session rates are:

    • $110 for a 1 hour sessions

  • All promotions would also be regarded as a forfeit and as such its discounts would be revoked. This means that your sessions would be counted at full price towards any possible refunds. Free sessions, such as consultations and assessments, free trials etc. would also be charged at the established market rate to determine your refund. 

Group Sessions

Group Training Subscription Policy

 

Applies to: Foundation 2, Performance 3, and Unlimited group training subscriptions

Package Details & Usage
 
Foundation 2 (2 Sessions per Week)
  • Includes 8 sessions per month.

  • Additional sessions may be purchased at $25 per session.

  • All sessions must be used within the billing cycle; unused sessions do not roll over.

 
Performance 3 (3 Sessions per Week)
  • Includes 12 sessions per month.

  • Additional sessions may be purchased at $20 per session.

  • All sessions must be used within the billing cycle; unused sessions do not roll over.

 

Unlimited
  • Attend as many sessions as you want within the billing cycle.

  • Reservations are not required but, for fairness and capacity limits, reservations are highly encouraged.

  • Missing more than 3 booked classes in a month without notice may result in loss of early booking privileges.

 
Class Booking & Attendance
  • Reservations are required to guarantee a spot due to limited class sizes (8–10 participants).

  • Booking opens 7 days in advance; last-minute drop-ins are allowed if space is available.

  • A minimum of 4 hours’ notice is required to cancel a booked class; late cancellations or no-shows count as a used session (Foundation 2 & Performance 3 only).

 
Pausing Membership
  • Memberships can be paused for up to 30 days per calendar year for medical, travel, or other approved reasons.

  • Requests must be submitted in writing at least 7 days before the pause start date.

 
Conduct & Readiness
  • Arrive on time for class; late arrivals may not be allowed to join if the warm-up is complete.

  • Wear proper workout attire and footwear.

  • Notify the trainer before class of any injuries, health changes, or physical restrictions.
