Book Your Consultation
Once you fill out the sign-up form. you would be contacted by either a phone call, text or email. During this phone call, we would try to schedule your consultation and assessment. This initial meeting is held at our facility at 5539 Richmond Ave, Houston TX 77056.

In-person Consultation and Assessment
During your consultation and assessment, we would establish your current fitness level through a light exercise session, and aim to know you better.

Recommendations
After the consultation, our trainer provides findings, free tips, and a tailored plan based on your goals, fitness level, and budget. You'll also get guidance on scheduling sessions through our app and other resources for success.
