This program includes the progression for each day with the aim to get you to 100 in 28 days. Push ups are some of the most dynamic exercises out there with tonnes of variations that can hit your chest, arms, back, abs and even your legs in different ways. So Join me on this Push up challenge as you get stronger and get to master your body weight. You can keep the push ups simple through out the challenge and as you get stronger you can try some more complicated variations. For example there are day 24 there is a reduction in the amount of push ups you are to hit per day, therefore day 24 would be a good day to try power push ups. NOTE: You can break up the push ups into as many sets as you like as long as you meet the total amount of reps Total: 1330 push ups across 4 weeks (28 days).
