What better way to start the month than to get the tools you need to move and eat better?

On the first Saturday of every month, we host the Stretch and Learn Nutrition Workshop.
​
In this workshop, we take you through a stretching session to help you move better before answering and dispelling your many nutrition questions and myths.
​
Is a juice cleanse what you really need? What about fasting? We have several years of experience between us taking people from where you are to where they never thought they could be. Come and meet with other dedicated individuals.

Lamar Vaughn
He is the owner of pride training, a 4-year veteran of the United States Navy, and in 2018, he gained IFBB (International Federation of Bodybuilding) pro card.
He also currently holds a masters degree in nutrition and has helped countless others understand the continuously complicated world of food.

STRETCH coach
Hilary Aipoh
He is the owner of PAC Lifestyle Fitness, holds a Masters of Science degree as well several certifications in health and fitness, including one on stretching and flexibility.
Dedicated and invested in bettering his clients and those he comes across, he is passionate about helping people make fitness a sustainable part of their lives and not a phase.
