Ever wanted to complete a 5k run and never quite knew how or what to do? Well this challenge takes you through the progression needed to go from couch potato to completing your first 5k run. It is long, it is hard, but the results cant be understated. You would surprise yourself with what you would be able to achieve at the end of this 9 week challenge. If you're new to running, it's okay to take walk breaks. The point is to get out there and make it a habit!
