Hi, I am Hilary, the founder of PAC Lifestyle Fitness. I help busy professionals in Houston and beyond achieve real, sustainable results without wasting time on fads or gimmicks.
With several years of experience, 4 certifications as well as an MSc, i apply the latest science, and read the studies so that you do not have to. You would be at the cutting edge of what is effective, as you pursue your fitness goals in my capable hands.
